Project ASSIST Overview

Project ASSIST is a comprehensive, systemic school improvement initiative sponsored by the Middle Level Leadership Center.  Since the inception of the process in 1996, Center staff have worked with more than 50 schools in multi-year school improvement initiatives.

This section of the MLLC website provides documents describing Project ASSIST and sharing some of the findings from our research.  Examples of activities we have used and continue to use with schools to support school improvement team and faculty reflection and growth are also provided.   Each of these documents was developed for use with ASSIST schools by the staff at MLLC.   Contact the MLLC office for additional information about Project ASSIST, the school improvement materials developed at MLLC, or permission to use the materials presented on these web pages.
